Whether we call it SAD (seasonal affective disorder), a lack of vitamin D, or just a mental and emotional low, we often tend to feel depleted, unmotivated and get the blues this time of year. Luckily, there are simple and effective ways herbs can support and energize our mental and emotional health. In this class you will learn how to work with teas, infusions and tinctures, and how to dose them to fit your personal needs. We will explore local herbs and lore and introduce herbal protocols specifically for Seasonal Affective Disorder.
